All donations are for my time only and for some modeling assignments where privacy is an issue for the nature of the assignment. No NEGOTIATIONS of any kind for the donations that are listed below.

• Any travel  outside of the Twin Cities (Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud etc...) is extra and will be assessed at the time of request.

• I tour often these days to different cities and update my schedule with the dates as best as I know and well in advance. My donations ARE different when touring to fit the market where I travel too. If you live outside of the Minnesota and I am coming to your city soon, please check here for the touring rates.

• I accept cash and credit cards ONLY. Credit card payments must be made in advance prior to the appointment and received. If you want to pay by credit card please read here.

• Cancellations:  If a cancellation occurs within 24 hrs of our plan, 50% of the donation time you reserved is expected and payable via an electronic gift card of my choice. Asking me to reserve my time and confirming our plan together means you Understand and Agree to this policy.

• If you ask me to reserve part of my schedule for you, please acknowledge that my time is as valuable as yours. We all have busy schedules; let’s show mutual respect and consideration for one another. If you need to change the time or reschedule our meeting please do so promptly. I will show you the same courtesy by alerting you to any schedule change or cancellation.

• All outcall meetings are a two hour minimum. NO EXCEPTIONS!
